Equipped with a quiet, energy-saving and very efficient ThemoKing Magnum+ unit, providing operation in the temperature range -40 +30, and using environmentally neutral refrigerant R452a. The center is made of materials approved for food contact, the walls and ceiling are made of stainless steel, on the floor is aluminum gretting ensuring trouble-free air circulation. The entire unit is made with the utmost care.
